Flexible Work Options
CAMPROSAM provides flexible work arrangements that support both productivity and work-life balance. Available options may vary based on the nature of the role.
Average Arrangements
Employees may work longer days at their regular pay rate, averaged over a period of 1 to 52 weeks. This scheduling allows for regularly planned days off.
Earned Day Off (EDO) Program
Employees may work extra hours on scheduled days (hour-for-hour overtime) in exchange for a paid day off at their regular rate of pay.
Training and Development

Each year, we offer a range of free online and in-person training opportunities. Employees may also access educational assistance and reimbursement for professional membership fees required to maintain their credentials.
