Vughemteh Consider Vughe is a respected member of the Board of Directors at CAMPROSAM, having joined in July 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Yaoundé I and brings with her a wealth of experience in business, human resources, governance, and management.
Prior to her appointment to the board, Consider served as the Assistant Secretary of the Agricultural Trade and Market Access, where she developed expertise in navigating complex market dynamics and agricultural trade policies. Her extensive background positions her as a valuable asset to CAMPROSAM, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.
From 2010 to 2012, Consider founded and led the Centre for Global Food and Resources at International University Bamenda. In this role, she worked closely with policymakers and industry leaders to drive positive changes in agriculture, food systems, and resource management.
Through her leadership, the Centre fostered collaboration and innovative solutions aimed at addressing critical global challenges in these sectors. Her work demonstrated her commitment to making a lasting impact on sustainable development in food and resource systems.
