Rita Ngwe Ndi

Rita became a member of the Board of Directors in June 2023 and was appointed Assistant Vice Board Chair in 2024. In addition to this role, she also serves as the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Rita is a certified accountant with more than a decade of experience in financial management, operations, and strategic leadership. She has spent five of those years in executive positions across both public and private sectors. Her diverse career—spanning the electricity, oil and gas, and consumer goods industries—has equipped her with broad expertise and international experience.

Rita currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Clean Water Ltd. She also contributes her expertise as a board member for several non-profit organizations and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Directors.
